Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a video take to produce?
A short reel or motion graphic is usually four to seven working days. A full promotional video with filming takes two to three weeks, most of which is scheduling the shoot and the revision rounds — the edit itself is the fast part.
Do you provide the voice over?
Yes, in Bengali or English. We can use a professional voice artist or a synthetic voice depending on your budget, and we will tell you honestly which one suits the piece. Scripts are written or reviewed by us before recording.
Do I need to provide footage?
Not necessarily. We can film, animate from scratch, or build the video from licensed stock and your existing photos. If you already have footage we are happy to work with it — send a sample first so we can check it is usable.
What formats will I receive?
MP4 in every aspect ratio your channels need — 9:16 for reels and stories, 1:1 or 4:5 for feed, 16:9 for YouTube and websites — plus a captioned and an uncaptioned version of each.
