Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get the editable source files?
Yes. Every project hands over the working files — AI, PSD or Figma as appropriate — along with PNG, JPG, SVG and print-ready PDF exports. You are never locked into coming back to us for a small change.
How many revisions are included?
Concept projects such as logos include three rounds of revision on the chosen direction. Ongoing creative such as social posters includes two rounds per piece. Beyond that we quote hourly rather than quietly stopping work.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you already have a logo, colour palette and type rules, we design inside them. If your guidelines are incomplete we will tell you what is missing before we start rather than inventing rules halfway through.
Will the files work with my printer?
Yes. Print work is supplied as CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks at the size and specification your press asks for. Send us the printer requirements and we will match them exactly.
