Strategy & Positioning

Brand Growth Strategy

Work out who you are selling to, what makes you the obvious choice, and which channels are worth your money — before you spend it.

✓ Written Plan ★ Channel Priorities
Service Overview

Decide Before You Spend

Most wasted marketing budget is not spent badly — it is spent before anyone decided who the customer is, what makes the business different, or what a sale is actually worth. The tactics were fine; there was no strategy underneath them.

This engagement produces a written plan: your target segments, your positioning, your channel priorities with budgets, and the numbers you will judge it all by. You can hand it to us or to anyone else to execute.

  • Customer and competitor research
  • Positioning and messaging you can defend
  • Channel priorities with indicative budgets
  • The metrics that define whether it worked

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to hire you to execute the strategy?

No. The document is yours and it is written to be executed by anyone — your in-house team, another agency, or us. We would rather you had a good plan you can act on than a dependency on us.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

Typically two to four weeks, most of which is research and getting time with your team. Rushing it defeats the purpose, since the value is in the research rather than the document design.

Is this worth it for a small business?

If you are spending meaningfully on marketing and are not sure it is working, yes — a few weeks of thinking usually pays for itself in avoided waste. If you are just starting and the budget is very small, we will tell you to skip this and put the money into one channel instead.

What do I actually receive at the end?

A written strategy document covering research findings, positioning, messaging, channel plan with budgets, and a 90-day action plan with owners and dates. Plus a working session where we walk your team through it.

Not Sure Where Your Budget Should Go?

Let us work out the plan first, so the spending afterwards actually counts.
